Trampolines were created for fun and recreation. However, their role has changed from being a kid's toy to being a tool for exercise and physical therapy. It is now recommended as a health equipment, an excellent weight loss and gymnastics device. Trampolines are a rage amongst the kids but they can be pretty dangerous as well. Before using a trampoline you shoulkd know about the trampoline parts and use it responsibly to stay away from any kind of injuries. Kids should always be allowed to use the trampoline under adult supervision. They are non judgemental and often indulge in fights with the others present. It is always a better idea that one kid uses the trampoline at a time. It prevents collision. The trampoline science states that the spring back motion will strengthen the more and the harder you bounce. Imagine what would happen if many children bounce together until one is knocked off the platform. Besides, it also increases the wear and tear of the trampoline. It is advisable to avoid high bounces. Try to stay low so that you can have a control on your bounce and you can land constantly in the middle of the trampoline. Do not go for heights rather, try to master control which matters more. You should always learn to do the stop bounces after every act or whenever you tend to get out of the midpoint of the trampoline. There should be a meticulous examination of all tramopoline parts before each jumping session. Outdoor trampolines must have the trampoline mat, pads, springs, hooks and frames and all pieces well in place before you start to jump. The metal parts can wear away due to rain, dirt, sunlight and wind. So, it becomes mandatory to keep a check of the following lest you should get injured. Never attempt somersaults, back somersaults and multiple somersaults on the trampoline. In case, you need to do any of them, be sure to practice them under expert supervision. Also, make sure that there is a safe fall area encircling the trampoline which should be free of all risks. Wear comfortable and well fit clothing to the trampoline jumping sessions. Bounce with bare foot or beam shoes (special gym shoes) because socks are liable to slip. Make sure that there are no objects in your pockets while you are bouncing and it is advisable to keep toys and other items off the trampoline so that they do not obstruct your jumping.
